We are starting to shift into a new season of back to school and Fall. And with any change of season comes changes in routines and little added chaos so this month we are focusing on how to find peace in the chaos starting with today’s quote ”Ego says: once everything falls into place, I’ll feel at peace, Spirit says, “fine your peace and everything will fall into place.”

💖 My challenge for you this week, focus on finding your inner peace amidst your daily chaos. Every day, take a few moments for yourself—whether it’s through meditation, a quiet cup of coffee, or if tea is your thing, then a hot cup of tea, take a walk, or simply just sit where you are and do some deep breathing. When you feel overwhelmed, remind yourself that peace comes from within.
