My next guest, Amanda Holland, is joining me for a 3-part series on a very touchy subject - the fear of death and dying. Amanda had panic attacks about dying since she was 5 years old. She did her best to cope, thinking up strategies along the way, but basically concluded she would have anxiety her whole life!
