How many times have you heard the term "balanced diet", or "you can never replace a balanced diet". But what is this so called balanced diet?
Just about every pack of vitamins says "should not replace a balanced diet". The NHS in the UK and the Department of Health & Aging both have a view on what a balanced diet is, including calculators for age and sex, and what foods you should be avoiding. Listen to find out more.
