Chris asks "As a rage-a-holic how do you tame the anger, or do you harness it? How do you overcome the beast?" This question hits possibly the most destructive and regret filled part of my life. People get angry, some even hate, but a few of us are monsters that are engulfed in rage. Rage is a fire that is constantly burning right next to explosives and gasoline. I have lived as this beast since I was 12 years old, and only recently come to understand it better. As I go through my stories of the birth of the beast and on through how it grew I do come to how I tamed it and harnessed its energy in my life. While yes I still have moments in time where rage colors my actions horribly, for the most part I have become a better parent and person and I share how I do it with you. This show is all about my stories but it is really about the shared human experience and the only way to share is to have you participate. So I need more questions from you!
