New season returns February 15, 2024. Today on Episode #66 Season Finale: Farewell to 2023, Reflecting on Hardship with a Growth Mindset , I hold space for those who've had a very difficult year and how you can process and release the trauma and pain in order to move forward.

In this episode I discuss:

-how your wellbeing is impacted by stressful and difficult experiences

-why conducting a personal wellness balance assessment will help you in your wellness journey

-how to acknowledge, validate and process invisible hardships

-the first step to move forward, even if you think you can't

-mind body tools and practical strategies to release the weight and pain of the past year

Call to action:

Write out the hardest parts of the year. Be as detailed as possible. Look at the paper. Say "thank you for the lessons. I'm ready for my next chapter". Rip up that paper into small pieces. Blow them into the air and say goodbye.

Affirmation:

I'm stronger. I’m wiser. I’m moving forward.
