Sticking with the theme of Back to School, Back to Health, we are talking all about Habits. What is cool about this is, no matter what your goal, whether you want to lose weight, eat better, exercise more, meditate regularly OR if you kid is working on their success in school, Good Habits are the key to inevitable success.
In this episode I share some tips and tricks to help you form a good habit.
- Use your Tools - Like a reminder or alarm on your phone, to help you remember your habit.
- Habit Stack - Take a habit you already do, like brushing your teeth, and add a new one to that time you.
- Find an Accountability partner - Do things with a friend, knowing they are counting on you, is a great way to form and keep a health habit.
"They" say, it takes 21 days to form a habit. Start today with these tips and tricks.
