The beginning of the end of everything. Season 15, the final season of The CW's Supernatural is now here. I'm kind of obsessed with this show and I thought this was the perfect time to do an episode where I discuss mental health and wellness lessons and tidbits that I've found throughout my years of watching the show (and rewatching...and again). Even if you have never seen a single episode of SPN, I'm almost positive you will find something you can take away from the series.
