Time! That old chestnut - always top of the list when it comes to reasons that we’re either not exercising at all, or not doing as much of it as we would like. We’re all so busy doing all of the other (seemingly more urgent) things in life that exercise and wellbeing often comes way too far down the list.

But the problem is, that while we’re busy blaming a lack of time, our body isn’t waiting for us to catch up. It’s changing and adapting to where we are right now, which isn’t great news if we’re not incorporating enough movement into our lives.

So, this week I want to get into the reality of what it means when we keep telling ourselves we don’t have time to exercise and look after ourselves. And what’s really going on - is time actually the issue, or is it actually something else?
