Sometimes it can feel like you’re doing everything right, and yet in spite of putting in all the work, nothing is changing when it comes to your weight. You feel like you have little to no control which is going on with your own body and you’re feeling frustrated that everything that used to work is making absolutely no difference any more.

It can be a really tough pill to swallow - but the truth is that if you are trying everything and nothing is shifting, then its time for a different approach and to look at some of the fundamentals, which are going to have a big impact on whether you lose weight or not.

In this week’s episode we’re going to dive into what those fundamentals are and what you need to start focusing on when the ‘old ways’ are no longer working.
