In this episode we go deep on Reddit moderation. A moderator, or a mod for short, is a redditor who volunteers their time to help guide and create Reddit's many communities.
After attending a summit for Reddit moderators, Broclen is able to convince a variety of mods to join the podcast. They discuss some of the stereotypes and misconceptions around Reddit moderation and take questions from Reddit users. They go over the role of free speech within Reddit rules and they also address the conspiracy theory that a small cabal of moderators actually control all of Reddit.com.
