“Good” Food vs. “Bad” Food: Can food truly be classified into just two categories?
In this episode, I’m excited to challenge that notion. This topic is close to my heart, and I don't think we've discussed it in this way before. The diet industry and diet culture have made us overly obsessed with the idea of good versus bad foods.

Today, I want to explain how some foods are more beneficial for achieving certain goals than others. We’ll explore how to evaluate foods based on how you feel after eating them, assess your performance with different foods, and gain insight into what foods work best for your body.

I’ll also touch on gut health and how to recognize potential triggers. One category of foods that often causes gut issues, such as constipation, diarrhea, and bloating, is high-FODMAPs.

Understanding how different foods affect our bodies can empower us to make better choices for our health and well-being.

If you want to dive deeper into this topic and discover how to tailor your diet to suit your goals, be sure to listen to the full episode.
