[Video Episode on YouTube] For as long as I can remember I have struggled with my mental health, but I was always against medication. This past year it got to the point where I was in no position to be able to support my mom battling cancer, because I could not even support myself. Finding the right coping mechanisms takes time and is not linear, but finding that balance is truly life changing.
