So many of us have gone accustomed to being a victim. Blaming what doesn't go well for us on other people, circumstances and history.
To live a truly good life we must want to take responsibility for our like and action and start expecting the good. All of a sudden you will start seeing that the rain will stop just when you need to go outside or people who normally speak bad about other people will find other things to talk about when you are around. Bring in the good by expecting the good. Even if you do not feel happy today, start smiling, it will remind the body who you are, a happy person, and will bring you back to it.
Life is a Gift
