[3 of 8] Belief Seed Series 🌱 "I can function better."
Manage episode 450587346 series 3467089
Welcome back to your Belief Seed Series 🌱 my fellow gardener. How did Belief Seed 1 go? Did you find a spot in your garden (aka mind) for "I can feel better" to go? Good. Now we're ready for it's cousin, Belief Seed 2 - "I can function better" too.
What determines how our bodies function? It starts with our teeny tiny friends...our cells. They join together to make our tissues, organs, and systems. And while we may not be able to control everything happening in these complex homes of ours, we absolutely can control how we show up and what we give it to work with, to build from. Thoughts, foods, moves, rest, connections, and challenges. So let's keep our focus there.
You’ll walk away with:
- A new understanding of what it means to “function better”—and why it matters for autoimmune health.
- Strategies to uproot “seeds of doubt” that keep you feeling stuck.
- A new definition of self-care (hint-hint: it's cell care)
- A review of neuroplasticity and how we can harness its power.
- Simple ways to plant and nurture this belief seed, bringing it to life through real-world actions.
- A few belief accelerators to try on and plant alongside your fresh belief seeds 1 and 2
You know by now I will always invite you to learn, change and grow in the soil I've created for you and me - autoimmune health pioneers. So here it is, I've rolled the red carpet out for you at www.amybehimercoaching.com/join
