Today I am in conversation with the absolute gem that is Liz Sergeant of Well Nourished Club. We are continuing on the topic of permi-menopause from when team member, Caroline Keatinge and I got to in episode 49 - be sure to check it out if you haven’t already it’s a great place to start!
