Glenn Mattson is President of Mattson Enterprise, a Sandler Training consulting and training firm specializing in sales and management productivity and effectiveness. Glenn’s firm conducts public and private workshops, corporate programs and one on one strategic sessions for corporate executives, business owners and individuals who find themselves in the sales/management role. Glenn helps individuals who are on their own, or part of a larger organization, overcome the roadblocks keeping them from reaching their definition of success. He feels if you know the “Why” you can overcome the “How.” Glenn follows a simple process of defining where his client wishes “to be” in comparison to their current “as is” status. Once an understanding of the gap is agreed upon, the plan to connect the two is unique to the individual attitudes, behaviors and techniques that need to be developed.
