In this episode I talk to Daniel Fincham. Daniel and I worked together back in 2012 at a company called Zmags and I knew then he had a few challenges with alcohol. During our chat we talk about how things escalated for Daniel including the breakdown of a relationship, losing his home and twice finding himself in prison. He tells me how sitting in his prison cell gave him clarity about the fear that had been eating him up and how compassion enabled him to start the rebuilding process.

We also touch on recovery, how it's different for everyone, and how even after hitting rockbottom it's still possible to come out the other side.

Finally, Daniel talks about Recoverlution, the recovery community and platform he's launched for addicts, and his upcoming book.
