Ciaran works with adults, children and young people in a range of settings. He also has a background in nursing and has been a lecturer in nursing at both of the universities in Sheffield.

After that we’ll work together to identify the changes you’d like to make in your life. We’ll move on to make a plan of what to do next and I have a range of skills and techniques that I can use to help you".
