She interviews the multi award winning filmmaker Joanna James of the documentary of fine line. In the film Joanna explores why less than 7% of head chefs and restaurant owners are women she and Chef Mimi discuss the making of the film. The surprising impact a fine line has had on the industry and Joanna's nonprofit and seminar series called Map MAPP which provides resources education and mentorship for female chefs and industry professionals.
