She is the founder and CEO of the Healthcare Alliance For An Equitable World (HAEW), an organization dedicated to providing international tele-consultations that deliver critical healthcare services and strengthen local healthcare infrastructures. HAEW fosters a global network of support and resilience with a mission to decrease human suffering and uplift the dignity of all people through equitable healthcare. Dr. Tranquada envisions a world where healthcare is shared without borders, healthcare professionals are united in a global alliance serving with passion and purpose, and all people have access to a life of opportunity.

Dr. Tatyana Reznik is a practicing physician with over 25 years of clinical experience. She is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, a mother, a Certified Life Coach, the host of the Voices of Women Physicians Podcast, and an author. She immigrated to the US over 20 years ago from Uzbekistan where she was a practicing Cardiologist. In the US, she completed residency training at the University of Nevada, Reno, and has been practicing Hospital Medicine in California since then. Dr. Heather Hammerstedt is an emergency medicine physician with a specialized board certification in lifestyle medicine, as well as additional certifications and trainings in integrative nutrition, health coaching, medical acupuncture, Ayurveda, and public and global health. She has 24 years of medical expertise and 20 years of health coaching experience, having gone to get her health coaching certificate during medical school (way back) when she realized the HUGE hole in our medical education around food and mindfulness and exercise. At this point, she’s put in 1000s of hours of deep diving into food and weight and mindset to put together a (kick a**) lifestyle transformation blueprint to get women to longterm health without products or BS, with real food and lifelong SKILLS for sustainable health futures… with a side effect of weight wellness.
