Born and raised in St. Paul Minnesota, Macy embarked on a journey of holistic healing after earning her bachelor's degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University. Macy pursued training as a Reiki Practitioner that naturally led her into the realm of massage therapy.

Despite the scarcity of resources on lymphatic drainage massage upon her graduation, Macy's determination led her to establish her own practice in St. Paul.
