Why do sunsets and sunrises render us speechless? We discuss what the difference is between awesome an awe inspiring. There have been studies around awe and how important it is for our mental health. We start off as joy when we are babies but then our innate joy gets over shadowed by our fears and expectations in our lives. Awe is a way to cut through the many things that can keep us from feeling our innate joy.
