Today I am joined by Sally Tabbner. Sally is the CEO of a UK Charity called Dementia Support. They provide information, advise and care to Dementia suffers and their families.
Sally has personal family experience of dementia and recognises how important overall dementia support is for both the person living with dementia as well as their family and carers.
