Have you ever skipped a meal to try to get closer to your weight goal?

I know I'm guilty!

But not eating is not the answer.

Food is fuel. Movement is healthy, for our body and mind.

Stop being afraid to eat, instead work on healthy habits of nutrition and portions and let's serve our body with everything it needs.
