Dilworth is a Foreign Service Officer with more than 20 years of experience, serving in countries such as Paraguay, Israel, Egypt, Poland and the United Arab Emirates. She is currently the Director of the Office of Children’s Issues at the U.S. Department of State and President of Executive Women at State. In this episode, she talks about her career and what needs to be done to address gender and diversity issues at the highest levels of government.
