I hate resolutions, you don’t need them! So in this week's episode, I am going to tell you why, along with 9 more ways to help you get through and navigate your weight loss through the holidays and the last quarter of the year. If you missed last week’s first 9, go back and take a listen! Why not make a plan to help yourself now so you can start the new year already feeling amazing and in control? We are going to touch on self sabotage, awareness, getting out of old patterns and a few practical tips and questions for you to consider! Listen to hear more on:
• Knowing you will trigger yourself this season and how to understand your triggers.
• How to start recognizing when you are self sabotaging
• Taking a low calorie dish with you to a holiday potluck.
• Being kind to yourself while also remaining present.
• Asking yourself why you want to do this before giving yourself a hall pass until next year.
• A little on being in maintenance mode and friendly reminders.
This time of year can be incredibly stressful for a multitude of reasons, but you CAN do this and I promise it will get easier! Never forget to keep trying, keep tracking, don’t be intimidated and don’t give up. You’ve totally got this!
