If you're feeling stuck in a cycle of negative self-talk and self-sabotage, constantly trying different strategies for personal growth without seeing any lasting change, then you are not alone! Many individuals struggle to integrate their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, leading to a lack of progress and a sense of frustration.

In this episode, we cover:

👉Tapping into the life-changing potential of accepting challenging emotions as a tool for personal expansion. 👉The significance of relying on self-trust when faced with unpredictable circumstances. 👉How feelings of worthlessness can subtly guide your behaviours in ways you may not have realised. 👉The vitality of emotional energy in cultivating healthier relationships and improved wellness. 👉How to balance thought, action, and emotion to live a richer, more vibrant life.

My special guest is Julia DiGangi
