When it comes to living healthy, most people devote their attention to the “big things” such as food and intensive exercise. Many believe that losing weight and living healthy is simply a matter of using more calories than consumed, or consuming more calories than used. While these principles are important, there is something missing in this equation, and that is all of the daily activities that we don’t think of as intensive exercise but are still contributing to our daily caloric expenditure. In this episode, I dive into how to use these activities to your advantage to incorporate health in every part of your life! Enjoy!
