This year I left an executive leadership role to work for myself, coaching and mentoring executive leaders, while completing a Master of Sustainability. I've just started writing a book too to help other women navigate the executive leadership world.
Like many people, the pandemic reminded me that we're not here forever and we need to follow our passions and callings.
My driver was the need to make a difference, and grow, while helping other people do the same.
