Manifesting isn’t about magic; it’s about training your brain to focus on what matters to you. Your brain has something called the “salience network,” which acts like a personal assistant, constantly scanning your environment for anything connected to your goals.

3 Steps to Embed Your Intention and Manifest with Meaning:

1. Anchor Your Intention in Purpose:

Write down your goal and connect it to how it benefits others. “I want to get fit so I can be a role model for my kids” instead of just “I want to lose weight.”

2. Value-Tag Your Intention:

Spend time visualizing the emotion tied to achieving your goal—what will it feel like to help or inspire someone else? The more emotionally charged it is, the better your brain will track it.

3. Act with Meaning:

Do one small action daily that aligns with your intention. It might be helping someone, learning something new, or just being kind to yourself. These actions add up and reinforce your purpose.
