The Disney method of distribution is as classic as Snow White. Every ten years, a new remastered version of Disney animated classics, gets remastered. The anniversary classics contain some creative extras, with interviews of key animators, illustrators, voice actors and producers. The Listening Room, can also be the catalyst for rereleased classics.
In 2024, the retreat for filmmakers that started a Christian Film Festival and a weekly radio program for my company Envoy Creative Media will be twenty years old in March. There are interviews and stories that I will be digitizing and releasing for a limited time. The award winning documentary, They Came to Play, that I composed the score for and produced the soundtrack on the history of baseball in Colorado, will be remastered and rereleased, with lyrics and vocals in October, for its 30 year makeover. And the summer will be the audio docuseries release of From Broadway to Jones Beach, and the original cast albums. These will be Listening Room classics.
The radio program on Legends, debuted The Listening Room in February. Inviting listeners to the mailing list. By June 2024, we will working on having a mailing list of 2500. The Listening Room radio program and podcast will be the catalyst of an emotional intelligence campaign, Stepping Up from Social Media. The idea is that we can build a New Media Together. Richard
