Able to listen to noise & doing PT exercises that have increased head symptoms almost instantaneously (dizziness, lightheadedness, temporary can't see). That was yesterday. So, do it again tomorrow.
How this works since scaffolding (educational concept) IS prolonged exposure therapy. After you're out of SHOCK, you'll be in AWE since it's EZ to end trauma when you have your voice, face, comfort in your body (more regulated or manageable endocrine system) ideas & safety in expressing those ideas & that is a CLASSROOM!
