I have been a podcast host for a year and a half. I host Creating Yourself Podcast as well as co-host Zero Fucks Given Podcast with my friend Chelsie. I found my passion for podcasting after leaving a relationship & falling into the deepest, darkest depression of my life. I am currently in the process of getting my life coaching certification so that I can help other women who have been where I was & further more help women heal from domestic abuse relationships.
