On this episode Brian explores the idea that Healing and wellbeing is a process and not a quick fix.

Holistic healing is a process, not a quick fix:

Brian emphasizes that holistic healing therapies are processes, not one-time quick fixes. People often expect immediate results, but true healing and transformation require an open-minded, ongoing journey of self-discovery and growth. He shares his own experience of how certain practices like Tibetan yoga, Reiki, and family constellations had profound, lasting impacts, but only through continued practice and integration.

Embrace the possibility of change, but be patient:

Brian encourages listeners to embrace the possibility of healing and change, while also understanding that it may not happen instantly. Changing long-held patterns and beliefs can take time and commitment. He advises being open, surrendering to the process, and allowing the work to unfold at its own pace, rather than forcing it or getting discouraged.

Healing happens on multiple levels:

Healing work often involves addressing deeper layers and root causes, not just surface-level symptoms. This can require exploring areas like inner child trauma, family dynamics, and subconscious tendencies. Brian emphasizes the importance of being willing to continually uncover and address new aspects of oneself throughout the journey of growth and self-discovery.

Integrate and maintain the changes:

Even when a single session or experience is transformative, it's important to actively integrate and maintain the changes in one's daily life. Otherwise, old patterns and behaviors can easily resurface. Brian recommends being intentional about incorporating new practices and ways of being into one's routine to solidify the progress made.

Embrace both quick shifts and gradual processes:

Be open to the possibility of rapid, profound shifts from a single experience, while also being willing to engage in longer-term, gradual processes of healing and growth. The key is to avoid rigid expectations and instead remain flexible, surrendered, and committed to our unique journey.
