Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have chiselled abs? Or otherwise wonder what life would be like if you were fitter? Or richer? Or more of whatever it is media tells us we’re supposed to be? Me either. But I know a guy who’s willing to admit to doing so. Not just admit it; write about it and put his internal life on public display.

Graham Isador is a writer in Toronto. His work has appeared at VICE, GQ, and the BBC. And he’s brought me into some of his past experiments. These have been personal experiments designed for public consumption. Isador’s ability to capture what we’ve all thought and felt is superb. We talk about all that—as well as masculine relationships—in this episode of The Dad Strength Podcast.
