Dave has been helping people get on the health train for most of his life and drops some knowledge bombs when it comes to common sense, and tried-and-true methods of approaching healthy living.

I’ll be marrying Dave’s principles with some KILLER essential oil tips! This is a two-parter extravaganza of tips, inspiration, and most importantly, some Principles worth adopting.
