This Meditation follows my talk in Episode 11, where I share my thoughts on how we should pay attention to our emotions and reactions (whether edginess, frustration etc.) as they are here to tell us something about ourselves that we may be neglecting, or not facing. Embracing them can be a path to healing. Our inner wisdom is here to help us discover our personal truth. If you have not checked out Episode 11, please feel free to check it out!
This meditation allows you to take an opportunity to sit and reflect on the wisdom within, to embrace yourself fully, and to find peace with your emotions, as they are here for you.
