Just because you aren't dieting, doesn't mean you aren't making progress towards your physique and health goals. Stop obsessing over the scale, the scale will show up for you through your consistency and you adhering to your plan. Just because the scale doesn't change, doesn't mean your body isn't changing. Remember this! Our bodies can "weigh" the same, but they can completely change shape which can be an incredible and beautiful thing to see change. It takes time though and adherence over time of your plan. Your dream physique will more the likely require you to lift more heavier weights, eat more food and healthier foods as well as spend more time resting and in recovery. But fueling your body enough is key to fat loss.
Going through the holidays especially can have it's set of challenges but please know that no matter what diet phase you are in, that you have the food freedom and flexibility to enjoy. Your journey is a marathon, not a sprint. You can never beat consistency! Remember that!!
