In our first episode of The Man Cast by Black Sheep, we interview Black Sheep Cycling's Managing Director, John Polson. We talk to John about his crusade to bring the conversation of Men's Mental Health out into the open through The Man Ride. Now in it's third year, the Global Man Ride Day will be celebrated in 15 locations around the world, with thousands of riders taking part. We also talk to John about his personal battles with Mental Health, the highs and lows of a rapidly growing business, and how, if it wasn't for one person, it would have come crumbling down.

Each week we talk to a guy who on the outside has got it all together, but has a far more complicated story to tell. We live in a world that very rarely stops. That demands and assumes for us to keep it all together. This is 45 minutes to realize we are all human. We all live in a little bit of chaos that needs to be controlled.
