In the world of motorcycles, target fixation occurs when a rider becomes overly focused on something they perceive as dangerous or distracting. Instead of avoiding it, they end up unintentionally steering towards it or other hazards they might not have initially noticed.

Similarly, in life, we often find ourselves fixating on things that don't serve us.
