Anna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in working with women, creatives, high-achievers, and people with difficult romantic relationships and/or difficult relationships with their parents. Anna aims to make coming to therapy a safe and warm experience. She’s integrative in her therapeutic approach using traditional “talk therapy,” EMDR therapy, and performance psychology techniques to help people heal and achieve peak performance.
