Our guest Ari Tuckman’s expertise is ADHD from a psychological perspective. We focus on his story first and how ADHD knowledge is better today than it was when I was growing up in the dark ages. LOL! Ari calls ADHD a disorder of actualizing intentions.

We then discuss the diagnostic process and how it’s often two for one. And we delve into medications, especially the myths around stimulants. You’ll enjoy how Ari pulls no punches while providing a ton of timely information.

We morph into the other essential structures we need to manage our ADHD. Sleep sets the foundation for a “productive, meaningful, satisfying day”. We also touch on my two favorites - exercise and routines. Tune in to hear how you can start and then keep your good habits going. Hint - it’s not just willpower.

Note: “ADHD kids hear about 20,000 negative messages by the age of 10.” -William Dodson
