I was sick for a week, so I sounded a bit nasally in this episode 🤣

The majority of the women I speak to say "Kitty I want a toned and athletic body".

There's so much confusion out there around how you should be training to achieve this.

So we thought we'd jump on and chat about what it actually takes when it comes to training to change your body.
