Dr. Mariel Buqué is a holistic psychologist and intergenerational trauma expert who holds both a PhD in psychiatry and a professorship from Columbia University. In this episode, we learn about intergenerational trauma, why therapists need therapists, and the neuroscience behind the emotions that can make us feel paralyzed.
