She is the founder of Soulstice Consultancy, LLC providing DEI, leadership training and capacity building services. She is the host of the podcast, The Tapestry and author of 3 books for women, Fly Away, Ready for a Revolution: 30 Days to Jolt Your Life and Rules of Engagement: Making Connections Last. Her latest book, Empowering Charity, published by Baylor University Press, will be available Spring 2022.
