Dr. Nikia Smith is the founder of Forged N Fire. She is an anesthesiologist by day, but the pandemic opened her eyes to how burnt out and unfulfilled she was. She took a leap of faith and courage and organized a retreat to transform women physicians of color. During this event, she discovered immense joy in creating a safe space for genuine connections and vulnerable moments. Her passion is to carry forward the incredible journey of fostering community and deep connections among women of color.
