1 in 30 women experience early menopausal symptoms. It’s not something most of us think we need to think about until our 50s, but the truth is a very different story.

As women our hormones are constantly changing. From the moment our periods start, we experience symptoms such as PMS and PMDD - but most of us just DEAL WITH IT.
