In this episode Kathryn and Kyle talk about a movement stimulus being hard vs. heavy, and what the key differences are. Often we believe that anything that feels challenging is making us stronger, but that is not the case. All movements are good, but they are not equal, especially if your goals are strength building, bone, muscle mass, athletics, aging benefits etc... If you feel like you are spinning your wheels, not getting stronger, or getting exhausted by exercise this is a great podcast for you!
