Mental Health has become a hot topic over the past 12 months and long may the conversations continue. Roby Brady and I discuss his own experience with suicide and how he has used it as a his purpose and focus in developing himself, his team and a business.
Alongside being an Elite Performance Coach at Iceberg Digital, offering smart solutions to real estate business owners, Rob Brady is the CEO of Fight Train Clothing CIC. A clothing brand, which all of their profits and fundraising is donated to the mental health community. Founded in 2016, following the loss of a best friend to suicide, who originally had the brand training people in martial arts, the sole purpose of the business now is to inspire others to become the best versions of themselves. He is a co author of a number 1 best selling business book, mentor and championing mental health everyday with inspirational words.
Currently apart of a working group to help bring mental health awareness to the property industry.
