I met Tony Martignetti recently but we share quite a few connections in common. Based in Boston in the US, Tony is a trusted advisor, leadership coach and facilitator, a best-selling author, a podcast host, and an in-demand speaker. He delivered his TEDx talk “Don’t Check Yourself At The Door”, just three months ago and already it’s gathered 1.7 million views. His message about how to create a more connected and human workplace is resonating with a wide audience.

Tony has been recognized by Thinkers360 and LeadersHum as one of the Top Voices in Leadership. He hosts The Virtual Campfire podcast and is the author of two books “Climbing the Right Mountain: Navigating the Journey to An Inspired Life" and his new book just out: "Campfire Lessons for Leaders: How Uncovering Our Past Can Propel Us Forward.” He has been featured in many publications, including Fast Company, Forbes, Life Science Leader, and CEO Today.
